What we do
Omaha Roofing Guide explains roof repair, replacement and storm damage for homeowners in Omaha and nearby towns. We are not a roofing contractor, we don't perform roofing work, and we don't sell roofing materials.
How we research
- Costs come from published cost data, which we name and date on each page.
- Rules about insurance, contracts and contractor registration come from Nebraska state agencies and the City of Omaha, linked on each page.
- Company comparisons use public information only (Google ratings and reviews, BBB profiles) and a scoring method we publish in full.
- We review each page at least every 6 months and after major storm seasons, and show the last update date at the top.
What we don't do
- We don't accept payment to be listed or ranked in a comparison.
- We don't write fake reviews or testimonials.
- We don't give legal or insurance advice. For questions about a claim, contact your insurer or the Nebraska Department of Insurance.
Corrections
If you spot something out of date or wrong, contact us and we'll check it and fix it.
